Online Executive Education Course to Launch in January 2027

I am pleased to share that an online executive education course based on my book, The Missing Curriculum: Navigating the Realities of Modern Medicine, is planned to launch in January 2027.

The course will consist of 14 virtual lectures, offered every two weeks, for physicians in training and early-career physicians. It will address important areas of professional development that are often not covered in traditional medical training, including leadership, management, finance, communication, and the broader realities of building a medical career.

The course is made possible by a generous $25,000 educational grant from the Division of Cardiothoracic Surgery, Department of Surgery, Emory University School of Medicine. This support will help address gaps in current training and provide practical educational value to trainees and junior faculty.
